Jeff,

The fish I received from you are doing great. I wanted to let you know the Steatocranus sp. "red eye" spawned and I have 100+ fry from them. I will be in touch with you soon for more fish.

Thanks again, Jeff! I just received my second order from Jeff in last two months, and I am satisfied again. Jeff even went out of his way to find a pair that was not on his regular list, and he found a really nice one at that. Highly recommended.

Thanks for everything.

Thanks for everything Jeff!! It was great to order from someone that actually responded to emails in a timely manner and could offer me some decent information. I was so excited to see Paralabidochromis chromogynos on your list, and when I saw that you only wanted $5 a fish, I knew it was meant to be. I give you two thumbs up, and the rest of the people from the CCA that ordered from you are just as happy as me. Thanks again!

Jeff,

Great transaction and thanks for being sooo understanding about all my questions. Just got my trio of cacatuoides and they arrived healthy and happy. They are tiny and are already showing lots of color. I will definitely contact you when I am ready to add to my apisto collection. Like many I think I've caught the fever.

Thanks again!!!!

Would I order from AquaticClarity.com again?

Yes, I most certainly will and here is why.

Obviously, the selection and prices are great. What about the things you cannot see until you have already forked over your hard earned cash?

*Pre-Sales Support*
Great job here. Pre-sales questions were answered promptly and he had great patience as I figured out what I wanted to order. Friendly, knowledgeable guy.

*Shipping and Packaging*
Again, great job. I ordered fish, wood, and an old back issue of a fish magazine. Jeff shipped the wood and magazine together using a common ground carrier to save costs and the fish went USPS Express. Everything arrived in great condition. Shipping costs were very reasonable.

The magazine was shipped inside the same box as the wood and his great packaging job kept the magazine protected. The fish were placed in a Styrofoam shipping box that is quite strong. It survived shipping with no damage at all. The fish were double bagged and properly labeled, in readable handwriting, with the name and sex of fish ordered. Everything arrived on the dates promised and in great condition.

*Quality of Stock or Merchandise*
Excellent! The fish arrived in great health and have stayed that way. No diseases or abnormalities. I ordered small and medium sized driftwood pieces. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the small pieces. I was sent some really nice medium pieces as well. The "sellers choice" selection was great too. No bottom of the box junk here. Not every piece was show quality of course but the selection was more than fair.

*Post Sales Support*
Excellent. I like doing business with small business. You get a personal email, not something from an automated system. Jeff sent emails notifying me of shipments and gave tracking numbers. He genuinely cares if his customers are happy with their purchase.

All in all, a great place to get some great stuff. Great job Jeff!

Hi Jeff,

The fish got home safe! The buffaloheads are a pair and are doing awesome. Great job picking them out. They're both hiding in a coconut shell with some L204s in a 30gallon. Hopefully I can get these guys to breed for me. The Apistogramma baenschi are doing great in my 20 long with some L333s, L260s and L144s. Oh, and the driftwood is also doing fine soaking up water in the buckets. Thanks again.

Jeff

Received the two pair of Pelvicachromis taeniatus Njanje in exclellant condition. Great shipping job.
Each pair have settled into 10 Gal tanks and are already eating micoworms. Keep up the geat work and let me know when ever you get Westies.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the Njanje and the dimidiatus. They are looking great, just like all the other fish that I got from you over the past years.
